3. HR Interview
Personal interviews are conducted by our qualified HR team that offer objective interpretations of a candidates suitability for the job and our company.
4. Written Tests
Technical written tests with problems representing real life scenarios are offered and the answers are evaluated and graded.
5. Technical Interview
Technical skills of the candidate are conducted at this stage to rank candidates and design a career plan that will suit the candidate.
6. Ongoing Reviews and Training
